Credit Control Process
1. We will forward you a spreadsheet, where you will input the following information:
Name
Address
Debt amount
Invoice due date
Invoice Number
2. Once you have completed this you can email it back to our credit control team.
3. We will then actively pursue the debtor for 14 days in order to recover your monies.
4. If we are unsuccessful we may recommend that you take legal action if you wish too.
