Mark Reynolds Solicitors are a driven and highly reputable multi discipline law firm in the North West. Due to recent growth and expansion, our firm is seeking Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 1 to 6 years PQE to join our Clinical Negligence team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing Law firm. You will be working on a range of matters involving medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing Law firm. You will be working on a range of matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Administration of estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring.

You will be working on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and will also include Disciplinary and Dismissal, Employment Tribunals, TUPE issues, Drafting Policies and Procedures, Re-organisations and Restructure and Settlement Agreements.
