The Claimant was an elderly lady who had suffered sexual abuse at the hands of a local vicar when she was just a young child. Settlement of the compensation claim was successfully reached.
A -v- Crewe Alexandra Football Club
The Claimant brought a case against the football club for historic sexual abuse. The case settled after proceedings were issued after the convicted former employee of the football club denied any wrongdoing or sexual assault whatsoever.
